Theo came to us through our humane agents after he was found tied to a tree with no food, water, or shelter. He had his cable so wrapped up that he only had about a foot of leash left, leaving him unable to move. We were never able to make contact with an owner, so he came with us to the shelter and out of the hot sun.<br/><br/>Theo is such a sweetheart and is about 3 years old. He loves treats and LOVES to play with toys. Theo can be a little shy at first, and usually doesn't have a stellar first meet and greet. He trembles, he shakes, and acts terrified. Don't let his shy exterior fool you, this dude is a complete goober. He loves to cuddle, and has no idea that he is not a lap dog. He isn't the kind of affectionate that he will cover your face in kisses, but he's the kind that he will slam his entire back end into you for endless butt scratches.<br/><br/>Theo is picky with other dogs, but we would consider meet and greets with friendly female dogs. Theo does not do well with cats. He is super friendly, but does need to work on minding his manners with jumping. For this reason he may do best with older children, but we are always willing to do meet and greets with younger children who are used to having big/strong dogs around. <br/><br/>Theo hopes to finally find the home he deserves soon.
