She was pregnant when rescued off the streets of Tijuana, Mexico. Romeo escaped a hard life. And is now an all American kid looking for a family to live happily ever after with. He's already bigger than mom. We're not sure who dad is but mom was seen with a Sheppard and Theo has the Sheppard characteristics.<br/><br/>Theo is a sensitive soul and we just adore him. You will too. He's had the very best start to life.
