They were barely surviving in a ditch with their littermates. They were all taken to the county shelter where they waited to find homes for over a month. Eventually three of the puppies found homes, but these two girls needed help so we decided to rescue them and bring them into our care.<br/><br/>We’re guessing Thelma and Louise are Anatolian Shepherd/Labrador mixes who are around 14 weeks old. They’re large in size, but still have their baby teeth! They play well with other dogs, know how to use a doggie door, and love attention. So far, they’ve been gentle, fairly mellow, and have very sweet demeanors. They’re big girls who we assume will grow into quite large dogs.
