URGENT: This dog is at the shelter for over 1 Year at a risk of euthanasia. And hence our rescue need a Hero to open their heart and home to save this dog? Is that you?<br/><br/>Thea is a 2 years old young, vibrant girl with a heart of gold and energy to spare. Sadly, after being surrendered to the shelter as a puppy almost a year ago along with her brother she is experiencing high anxiety living in a stressful environment and starting to decline. Thea not only lost the only family she knew but also her brother who has since been adopted. She is simply too smart, loving and active for a life behind bars and quietly losing hope. <br/>She craves love and safety but instead she is locked up in the kennel for months. Our rescue would like to pull Thea into our care but we can't do so until we find a committed foster home. <br/><br/>Thea's Personality: Active, incredibly smart, affectionate, and ready to learn. Thea loves playing with other friendly dogs as well. She is crate and leash trained and knows basic commands. <br/><br/>The Support: Thea is in board and train facility with professional trainers committed to working with her for 4+ weeks. However after the training Thea cannot return to the shelter and it would be best that she goes to a foster or adopter. To ensure she has a smooth transition our trainer will continue to help her foster/adopter with training!<br/><br/>The Goal: We need a foster/adopter who can provide structure and activity. The trainer will be there to support YOU and Thea every step of the way.<br/><br/>Urgency: Thea cannot thrive where she is any longer.
