The Tiny Gentlemen

There is something incredibly funny about watching a three-pound puppy confidently march across a yard, walk straight up to a dog ten times his size, plop down beside him, and immediately act like they've been best friends since kindergarten.<br/><br/>That pretty much sums up these boys.<br/><br/>Meet Hollis, Porter, Stetson, Ridley, Jack, Briggs, and Merritt seven tiny puppies with enormous hearts, absolutely zero stranger danger, and a firm belief that every person and every dog they meet is probably there specifically to love them.<br/><br/>And honestly? They're usually right.<br/><br/>These boys are only about 3-4 pounds right now, but nobody has informed them of that fact. They move through life with the confidence of dogs that own property, have a retirement account, and strong opinions about neighborhood affairs.<br/><br/>The funny thing is, they're not wild little maniacs. They have such a wonderfully balanced energy. Sure, they'll have a little zoomie session in the yard. They'll wrestle with their siblings. They'll bounce through the grass like tiny woodland creatures that accidentally drank an espresso.<br/><br/>But unlike some puppies who are constantly searching for trouble, these boys really just want to be near their people.<br/><br/>They're the kind of puppies who will sprint across the yard for a quick zoomie, then immediately come running back to check in and make sure you saw it.<br/><br/>"Did you see that? I was incredibly fast."<br/><br/>Lately they've also become obsessed with carrying their own leashes around the yard. Not because they're going for a walk. Not because they're helping. Simply because they enjoy grabbing the leash and prancing around with it dragging behind them like they just won a blue ribbon at the county fair.<br/><br/>Nobody taught them this. It's apparently just something the committee decided to do.<br/><br/>If you're outside, they're outside.<br/>If you're sitting down, they're climbing into your lap.<br/>If you're standing still for more than thirty seconds, somebody is probably attempting to give you unsolicited kisses.<br/><br/>Their favorite hobby appears to be following humans around and making sure nobody feels lonely. Need to fold laundry? They've got it covered. Working in the garden? They're available for supervision. Walking from one room to another for absolutely no reason? Excellent. They've been looking for an adventure.<br/><br/>And the kisses. Good grief. These puppies hand out kisses like they're Oprah. You get a kiss. You get a kiss. Everybody gets a kiss.<br/><br/>They are incredibly sweet, incredibly affectionate, and genuinely seem happiest when they're included in whatever their people are doing.<br/><br/>What we love most about them is how naturally social they are. These boys have been raised around dogs of all sizes and genuinely don't seem aware that they're tiny. Watching them confidently approach a giant dog, curl up beside them, or invite them to play is one of the cutest things you'll ever see.<br/><br/>They don't puff up. They don't posture. They don't worry. They simply assume everyone is a friend until proven otherwise. And somehow, that outlook has worked out pretty well for them.<br/><br/>When playtime is over, they're surprisingly easy little houseguests. They settle beautifully in their crates, happily take their naps, and recharge for their next important mission: collecting more kisses and making more friends.<br/><br/>Meet the Boys<br/><br/>Hollis is the blonde wire-haired boy of the group with short little legs and a sweet, affectionate personality. He loves people, enjoys playing with his siblings, and is always happy to be included in whatever is going on.<br/><br/>Porter is the black-and-white scruffy boy with a fun-loving personality and a heart full of affection. Social, confident, and always ready to make a new friend, Porter approaches life with a happy tail wag and a positive attitude.<br/><br/>Stetson stands out with his adorable white paws and scruffy coat. He's social, playful, and loves being around both people and other dogs. Stetson is the kind of puppy who fits right into the fun.<br/><br/>Ridley got the long legs of the bunch and sports a smooth coat. He's a social, easygoing little guy who enjoys exploring, playing with his siblings, and being close to his people.<br/><br/>Jack is the smallest of the boys and sports an adorable scruffy beard, short legs, and a signature underbite. He's full of personality, loves attention, and is happiest when he's hanging out with people or playing with his canine friends.<br/><br/>Briggs is the stocky little gentleman of the litter with a smooth coat and a confident personality. He's social, affectionate, and enjoys both playtime and cuddle time equally.<br/><br/>Merritt is the fluffy boy of the bunch. Friendly, affectionate, and easygoing, he loves spending time with people and other dogs. Whether he's playing, exploring, or settling in for a nap, Merritt is always happy to be part of the group.<br/><br/>Their moms, Moxie and Tilley, are both approximately 20-pound Morkie mixes who were rescued off the streets of a border town near Mexico. Shortly after arriving in rescue, we discovered both girls were expecting puppies and, in true best-friend fashion, they gave birth just one day apart.<br/><br/>Based on their parents and current size, we expect these boys to mature somewhere in the 10-20 pound range.<br/><br/>We would especially love to see them join homes with another friendly dog. They absolutely adore canine companionship and thrive having a buddy to learn from, play with, snuggle beside, and follow around. Watching these boys interact with other dogs is one of the sweetest things about them.<br/><br/>Whether you fall for the blonde wire-haired guy, the fluffy one, the scruffy boys, the tiny underbite, the stocky gentleman, or the long-legged explorer, you're getting a puppy who has been loved, socialized, and absolutely adored from the very beginning.<br/><br/>Tiny dogs.
