Tessie

This little girl is ready to play! Tessie is a 7-month-old Heeler mix weighing 32 pounds. She recently got spayed so we haven’t been able to let her loose to run and play. That will happen very soon and she is ready!! We will start working on her leash skills as well. She is pretty petite but has the Heeler spunk. We think she is dog friendly. If you have other dogs in the home, we require a meet and greet to make sure the fit is right. We don’t know how she feels about cats at this point but will cat test her soon. We think she would love to have a home with a fenced yard so she can run and play safely.

You can meet Tessie on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Please fill out an application using the link provided below prior to your visit so we can learn more about you and your home.

https://dogsforever.org/adopting-from-dogs-forever/adoption-foster-form/

*BREED DISCLOSURE: The breed indicated is an educated guess and is not guaranteed.
