Tess is a 5-year-old spayed, 11-pound chihuahua mix who came to us from a home overwhelmed by too many unaltered dogs. Homeward Bound has already helped most of those dogs find new families, and now it's Tess's chance. She’s a gentle and affectionate dog, currently learning about life as a cherished pet.
