Tender Heart truly lives up to his name!<br/><br/>Just look at this handsome Shepherd mix! He came to us from Yucca Valley Shelter when his time was running out, and now he’s getting the fresh start he deserves. Since arriving, Tender Heart has been opening up more and more each day—and it’s been amazing to watch.<br/><br/>He’s learned to trust and adore our staff and really enjoys spending time with people. He shows off his playful side with sweet play bows and gentle interactions. Toys aren’t quite his thing yet, but playing with his humans absolutely is.<br/><br/>Tender Heart may take a little time to warm up to someone new, but once he does, he stays close and happily soaks up affection—especially his beloved shoulder pets.<br/><br/>He’s looking for a calm, patient home where he can keep building confidence and form the deep, loyal bond he offers so naturally. For the right person, Tender Heart will be an incredibly special companion.
