Little 7 lb Tella came to us from a home with 3 of her house mates. She was very unsocialized and would hide, snap, and bare her teeth to other dogs. Everyone gave her space, including us. After a week we started with her crate training and she has done wonderful and better to allow hugs and kisses. She was just terrified. She will need a patient home. She has come a long way, but she may be scared some in a new home.<br/><br/>Adoption Donation is $225 to approved home. Cash. You may use a check if local to Terre Haute and you have proof of residency. Almost all of our volunteers hold full time jobs. We receive a lot of emails and texts daily. We do not have a shelter as most of our dogs are in foster care. We do not have 'open' hours. An appointment time will be set up after we receive your application and approve you. If you do not hear back from us in 48 hours, please email again. We do attend, with the local shelters, the PetSmart Nationals events that are held about 5 times a year where you may view a lot of dogs from Multiple facilities at one time. We review applications in the order they are received.
