TEEKA

Meet Teeka! A 4-5 yr. old chihuahua mix. <br/><br/>A NOTE FROM HER FOSTER: Of the many fosters I've had over the years, Teeka is one of the sweetest! And she better be, because she is quite the escape artist. An apartment or a place where she is taken out on a leash and never left in a yard would be the best place for her. Teeka would also do best with another dog, as if she is left alone kenneled she will cry, but she does not cry if there are other dogs near by. Teeka has lots of energy but also just loves to curl up on the sofa. She really wants belly rubs and occasionally will play fetch, but doesn't always bring the toy back to you. Still, she likes to run after it and pick it up and carry it! Teeka loves to sleep in her crate at night and will readily go in there when told. She does shed a lot, so feel free to buy a cream-colored sofa to camouflage all the hair. She (and my dogs) kept my Roomba busy! Teeka gets along well with other small dogs, but most often prefers people.
