Teddy was an owner surrender on 02/25/2026. He is microchipped, but not yet neutered. He will have to be neutered before adoption. He is a bit scared in the shelter but does well on a leash. He is not a 'nipper' when we handle him. Just a darling JRT if JRT's are your breed of dog!
