Teddy - Needs Foster!

Teddy is an absolutely adorable 16 year old Pomeranian. He lived with a family with children and other pets. They loved him very much but could not afford his vet care, so they surrendered him to Freedom Farm. Teddy is very gentle and wants to be held all of the time. He is great with other dogs, cats, and children of all ages.<br/><br/>Teddy has slight arthritis and a heart murmur that is grade 5 out of 6. Due to his heart condition, it is not safe for him to be under anesthesia for a neuter or a dental. His teeth are in bad shape, so he has to eat soft food.<br/><br/>Teddy is looking for a hospice foster so he can spend the remainder of his golden years being very spoiled. He would prefer a home with a retired person or someone who works from home so he can get lots of cuddles. Teddy takes a heart medication twice a day. It is a pill that he takes easily with a Pill Pocket. He takes a dental supplement and high calorie gel once a day because he still needs to gain weight.<br/><br/>Teddy walks nicely on a leash and normally poops outside on a potty break. He does sometimes pee on things in the house, but that is not an issue when he is wearing his washable diaper.
