TEDDY- Needs a foster/forever home

This handsome 10-year-old Goldendoodle recently lost his beloved owner, and his entire world has been turned upside down. One day, he was spending time with the person he loved most, and the next, he was left trying to understand why they never came home.<br/><br/>Now Teddy is looking for a family to help heal his broken heart.<br/>Teddy is a wonderful boy who still has plenty of life and love to give. He enjoys walks, car rides, and spending time with people. He is social, affectionate, and simply wants to be near those he loves.<br/><br/>Because Teddy has spent his life in a quieter home with an older owner, we believe he would do best with an empty nester, retiree, or family looking for a loyal companion to share life's adventures. Whether it's relaxing at home, taking a drive, or heading up north for the weekend, Teddy would be happy just being by your side.<br/><br/>What we want most for Teddy is what every dog deserves: to be loved, cherished, and part of a family once again.<br/><br/>Teddy is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to begin his next chapter.<br/><br/>All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Teddy's adoption fee is $300.<br/><br/>TEDDY WOULD LOVE TO BE A FOSTER HOME WHILE HE IS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.
