Teddy Bear's Story

At just 2 1/2 months old and a little over 13 pounds, Teddy Bear is all soft edges, curiosity, and wide-eyed wonder. He came to BENCHS with his brother, and now he's ready to start his next chapter in a home of his own.

Teddy Bear is looking for an indoor home where he can be part of the family and continue learning what it means to be a loved companion. He's at that sweet, impressionable stage where the world is brand new, taking everything in and looking to his people for guidance and reassurance.

He would do wonderfully in a home with another social, well-adjusted dog who can help show him the ropes, or as the only dog with someone committed to continuing his training and socialization. We are unsure how he would do with cats, but at his age, he is very moldable with positive reinforcement and proper introductions.

Teddy Bear has a soft spot for stuffed animals and loves carrying them around like prized treasures. He's also already discovered one of life's greatest joys... a Pup Cup from Dunkin' Donuts.

Like any young puppy, he will need help with all the basics, including potty training, structure, and learning how to be the best companion he can be. In return, he'll give you that kind of love only a puppy can, pure, growing, and completely yours.

If you're ready to guide a little life and watch him become everything he's meant to be, Teddy Bear is waiting.
