From there, we will obtain surgery date!!"<br/><br/>3-5-26: "Hello everyone, my name is TEDDY, and I am ready to come live with you! I am a Chihuahua Dachshund mix (Chiweenie), at about 2 to 3 years old, 14 pounds, fully vetted, heartworm negative and micro chipped! I have come to this great rescue after I ended up at the local shelter when my owner passed away, and the authorities could not locate any family that would want me. Well, my Foster Mom saw me on the list, and here I am! I am such a happy, happy boy, with a tail that wags nonstop--I love to play with the other dogs in my foster home, am great in my crate, and my manners are that of a true gentleman! I do have to have surgery for a dislocated hip that I have had for a while--my owner never had me treated for it, but this rescue is stepping up to help me! My bloodwork has come back great, so they will be scheduling a FHO, a replacement of the ball of my hip joint. It does not seem to affect me in any way, but I am getting it fixed to be the best boy I can be! Do I sound like a guy you'd love to add to your life?
