Meet Teagan! <br/><br/>Earlier in the year we rescued Tate and Truman, 2 standard poodles, along with a poodle mix puppy from Upson County after they had been surrendered to animal control. A couple of weeks ago, we found out the same family had just surrendered 3 more standard poodles. We really take the You don&#39;t leave family behind philosophy seriously, so even though it had been months since we saved the first group and we REALLY don&#39;t have room for more dogs - we knew we had to save these guys!<br/><br/>Teller was in the worst shape. He was completely matted and caked in mud. And his poor eyes so infected. It took hours to get him cleaned up. If you&#39;ve ever had to shave down a severely matted dog, you&#39;ll know it&#39;s very similar to sheering a sheep - the hair just comes off in one huge piece. Thankfully, the girls Tiggy and Teagan, had been groomed before at some point and were in much better shape. <br/><br/>Our unconfirmed theory is that Teagan (grey) is mom to Teller (black) and Tiggy (blonde). Teller and Tiggy both appear to be about a year old so we think they are probably littermates. Teagan is about 2-3 years old - still young herself. All three of these amazing poodles are super super sweet; great with dogs of all sizes; and cats!! Sweet Teagan was even trying to play with our special little NeuroSpicy girl Sofia on her first night! <br/><br/>These guys are all looking for tried and true Standard Poodle homes. To know poodles is to love them, but these 3 have all been failed by humans once and we won&#39;t let that happen again - so we really do want homes that know all the good, bad, and ugly that comes with having Standard Poodles as family members.<br/><br/>Does that sound like you??
