Taz's Story

Hi, I'm Taz. I'm a very large boy with a very large amount of love to give! My best home is one that is active, as I have lots of energy. I would love to have lots of room to run! My previous home said I have gotten along well with kids and cats (slow intros to cats still recommended). I do very well with other dogs. My previous home I love to sleep in bed with you, play with tennis balls and squeaky toys, and I have a favorite tire toy. I'm still new to the shelter, so they are still getting to know. Come meet me!

Great River Rescue's Adoption Policy

Cat Prices: $106.60 +tax (we do not accept checks for adoptions) Includes: basic kennel vaccinations (feline distemper), de-worming, flea/ear mite treatments, ear checks, spaying and/or neutering, a pre-registered microchip, and in most cases a Rabies vaccination (this takes coordination from our veterinary partners). Upon request, we can conduct blood tests for an additional fee of $15. Dog Prices: $208.57 + tax (we do not accept checks for adoptions) Includes: basic kennel vaccinations (canine distemper & Bordetella), de-worming, flea/tick treatments, ear checks, spaying and/or neutering, a pre-registered microchip, and in most cases a Rabies vaccination (this takes coordination with our veterinary partners). Upon request, we can conduct blood tests for an additional fee of $15.
