Tatum's Story

If you're looking for a goofy, high-energy best friend to brighten your days, look no further than Tatum! This stunning young Boxer mix is a total socialite who believes that every stranger is just a friend she hasn't met yet.
Tatum is the definition of "wiggle-butt." She will do almost anything to get your attention and thrives on human interaction. She is looking for an active owner who can keep her busy! Whether it's a long walk, a car ride, or an intense session with her favorite peanut-butter-filled Kong ball, she's always ready to go. Tatum can never get enough human smooches and TLC. She is a total lovebug who just wants to be part of the family. She already knows several basic commands and is both potty trained and crate trained!
Because Tatum is a young Boxer mix, she has that signature "puppy energy" and would benefit from an owner who understands the breed. She would be wonderful with children of all ages, though she is still learning her own strength!
Since Tatum has never lived inside a home before, she will need a patient family to help her learn the "house rules," but her eager-to-please personality will make training a joy.Tatum is ready to find her pack! We require a meet-and-greet with any dogs currently residing in your home to ensure a perfect match. She will also need an evaluation if there are cats in the household.
Tatum is fully vetted and ready to start her new life. Are you the active, loving family she's been waiting for?If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!
