He loves to show his affection by tapping his feet whenever anyone gets by, and he throws his whole body into cuddling since he’s just so happy to be near you! Since Target can get so excited, like a lot of young dogs, he can be a little stubborn, but nothing a good treat can’t persuade him to fix. He does his best to be quiet but can hold a conversation if you let him, though he generally tries to keep the peace.
