Tanner

Welcome to the world of Tanner (BD: June 9), the affectionate and curious puppy who is ready to bring laughter and love into your life! This playful bundle of joy has a heart as big as a canyon, and he's always up for a good time. Tanner loves nothing more than showering his people with kisses and finding the coziest spots for extreme cuddling sessions. With a funny bone that never seems to tire, he'll have you chuckling at his antics in no time. Tanner's friendly nature makes him a great playmate for both humans and other dogs, ensuring that your home will be filled with joy and companionship. If you're looking for a loyal and loving friend who will grow with you, Tanner is the perfect addition to your family. Come meet this wonderful puppy and let Tanner steal your heart with his irresistible charm!

Little man Tanner came to his foster home after being surrendered by his neglectful owner. This poor guy had bones sticking out and only weighed about 8 pounds at 4 months of age, not a healthy start for a pit mix pup at all! He also suffered from parasites and a skin condition due to his neglect and malnourishment. He has now received appropriate medical care and is gaining weight very quickly (he loves his food/treats)! We don't know how his early neglect will affect his growth, but we feel he will be a medium sized dog when fully grown (mom was about 45lbs, no info on dad). Since he is still so young, he should not routinely be left alone for longer than 4 hours at a time. He will also need patience and training as he learns proper behaviors.

Tanner is not yet house trained, but he is improving. He is de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and micro-chipped. This puppy will REQUIRE A PHYSICALLY FENCED YARD. No apartments or condos for this dog please.

$375 adoption fee (includes a $75 neuter deposit)

***** If you think you are a fit for this puppy, please fill out an application.

HOW TO MEET: This sweetheart may be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3.
