Tank

uTank was brought to the shelter along with his friend and housemate, Buddy. There had been some changes in their living situation...it now seems that they had gone into apartment living, and it wasn't working out. No place to exercise and run, and of course, no barking allowed. Looking for a new home seemed to be the only answer.

The two of them were surrendered to the shelter looking for that new home. The transition nicely.

UPDATE Buddy has been adopted. Tank wants to be next for a new home

Tank loves attention and is good with kids. Tank tends to want to be in charge when it comes to another dog. Introduction is very important, but a home where he is the only dog would be best. A fenced in yard would be beneficial, since he likes to investigate.

If you feel that Tank would be a good fit for your family, you may telephone the Thumb Animal Shelter for more information about our adoption process at 989-375-4204.

We look forward to hearing from you.
