Tank's Story

Meet Tank: Adorable Looks, Charming Personality

Hi there, friends! I’m Tank, an 8-year-old Corgi Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing 29 pounds, and I’m pretty sure my adorable looks are going to be one of the first things you notice about me!

But I’m not just a cute face. I’m a social, friendly, happy boy who loves people, including kids. I’m the kind of guy who enjoys being part of the family, whether we’re hanging out together, playing around, or heading off on an adventure.

I’m also a big fan of other dogs! I enjoy spending time with my canine friends, playing, and even doing a little roughhousing. I’m cuddly, playful, and always happy to spend time with the people I love.

Now, I do have a couple of very important rules about roommates. Cats and I do not mix, and I also don’t get along with chickens. Because of that, I need a forever home without feline friends or chickens. It’s not that I’m difficult—I just know exactly which roommates aren’t my cup of tea! As long as we skip the cats and chickens, I have plenty of love and fun to share.

I’m house trained, and despite being 8 years old, I’m definitely not ready for a life of sitting around doing nothing. I still have plenty of energy for walks, playtime, adventures, and whatever fun you have planned. And when the excitement winds down, I’m more than happy to settle in for some quality cuddle time.

If you’re searching for a dog with adorable looks, a charming personality, a playful spirit, and a whole lot of love to give, I’d love to meet you. Just remember: no cats, no chickens, and plenty of room for me! Give Heartland a call to set up a meet and greet.
