Tammy's Story
TAMMY is a super shy 7 year old, 55 pound Staffie/Terrier mix who is looking for her forever home. She lives in a quiet foster home with another dog and would do best in a home with people around and at least one other dog her size or larger for company. She can sometimes get a little territorial with her personal space with smaller dogs. She typically spends time by herself, but likes having people close by. When she's in the mood, she'll come looking for attention and affection.

This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and preventatives.

Animal Alliance does not adopt adult dogs (over 9 months old) into households with children under 9 years of age due to the risk of bites. Puppies 9 months of age or younger can be adopted into households with young children ages 4 and older. We do not adopt to families with children 3 years and younger or expectant families due to the safety risk for infants and toddlers.

Prior to submitting an application, please see the Animal Alliance Adoption Process for adoption details.

To fill out an adoption application, go to:
https://www.animalalliancenj.org/fosteradoption-application/
