What is Paws and Claws New England’s adoption process?
Rescues brought into our program are predominantly strays, abandoned or abused animals in and around our communities. We offer a rescue hotline for the community members to call when they have found an animal, want to surrender an animal or report abuse. We get thousands of calls a year on our line. As soon as they are rescued, we bring them to one of our four highly qualified vets immediately for assessment, testing, treatment, vaccinations and spay/neutering.
