Tagalong

My name is Tagalong I am a young, about 1 year old, spayed female Beagle - Basset Hound mix that came to tall Tails Beagle Rescue from The Grayson County Humane Society in Leitchfield, KY to find a loving home. Here is what the people at the shelter in Kentucky said about me:<br/><br/>"5-5-08 See how our pretty Tagalong has progressed now. She is a pretty, friendly, confident girl and she really wants her own family to spoil her. 3-29-08 One of our volunteers has been working with Tagalong and decided to take her to an adoption event to give her some exposure and give her some time to adjust to what the world has to offer her. Though she had to coax her along on leash, but the end of her stay she was doing quite well and even walked through the store sponsoring the event two different times. Back at the shelter she is still shy in her kennel, but she is becoming braver and learning that not everyone in the world is harsh and that having some help might be a bit better than surviving on her own. She still needs time, but if she can come around this quickly, it shouldn't take too long at all. Now it's up to her to help us convince her sisters that we are okay. If you would like to help Tagalong find her home in the meantime, we will certainly welcome your assistance. 3-22-08 These poor girls have been running around in a neighborhood for about 3 months, getting into people's garbage and very unwelcomed. Some men finally chased them down, rounded them up and brought them to us. Right now they are so totally terrified, but we know with love, care, and patience, they will be sweet, loving girls. If you would like to open your heart and home to one of them, please contact us."
