Tacoma was rescued from a kill shelter in California and not much is known about his past except he does seem to have sensitivity to his neck area and does not like to be touched there or have his collar messed with or pulled on. Tacoma will require someone experienced with the breed but absolutely loves humans. He does well with other dogs that are polite to him.
