UPDATE!! This pretty girl is Sylvie! She’s an adorable Plott hound mix that was picked up as a stray! She’s around 12-14 weeks old and a total sweetheart! She weighs around 18 lbs. Sylvie is spunky, playful and full of life. She adores other animals and kids. She would make the perfect family addition. She is utd, spayed and ready for her forever home. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! To adopt one of our rescues please email Wagsandwhiskersrescuepets@yahoo.com for the application and to start the adoption process. Vet references and home checks are required. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis but to the home we feel is the best fit for that particular pet when there are multiple applicants. We hope to hear from you soon! Wags and Whiskers is a completely foster based rescue. We do not have a physical location or a landline. Grandbay, AL is just a central generalized location for our foster system. To meet a pup you just submit an application. Once approved we can setup a meet and greet with the pup of which you are interested in.
