He has since undergone surgery and is now on the road to recovery and a much brighter future.<br/><br/>Because of his past injury, Sylvester will need a calm and mindful home. He should not jump on or off couches, beds, or high surfaces to prevent re-injury. A safe environment and an attentive adopter will be essential to keeping him healthy and thriving.<br/><br/>Personality & Home Life<br/><br/>Sylvester is currently doing very well in foster care. He lives with two large dogs and has shown that he is dog-friendly, often following their lead and learning from them. He enjoys being part of the home environment, observing and taking things in at his own pace.<br/><br/>He is still building confidence and should be approached gently. Slow movements and soft interaction help him feel safe.
