Sweety's Story

Meet Sweety: a two-year-old, 12#, street-smart survivor from Roswell who traded the desert dust for the Colorado mountain air. This Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix is living proof that big personalities come in small, incredibly cuddly packages.

Sweety is a certified fast learner. She is learning to use a doggy-door and is fully potty-trained—as long as you help her out with a regular schedule at first. She is a champion leash walker, though she still feels it is her civic duty to follow all of the neighborhood bunnies.
When it comes to roommates, Sweety instantly friended the resident dog, though cats remain an untested mystery. While she is a polite crate-sleeper by night, she is secretly auditioning for a permanent spot under the covers with her future family. If you are looking for a playful adventurer who doubles as a professional lap-warmer, Sweety is ready to pack her bags!
Sweety is not a loud vocalist, just a tiny whimperer, and she takes food times seriously.

A fenced in outdoor space would be ideal and respectful children 8+ may be considered.
She's spayed, utd on vaccs, HW negative, and chipped. If you are interested in meeting Sweety, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Sweety’s adoption fee is $375 and we not adopt outside of Colorado.
