Despite the way she was treated by people, Sweetheart has the most loving personality. She had been abandoned in a cage next to a dumpster. Luckily, she was found before before anything worse happened to her. Once she realized she was safe, all she wanted was love and attention. Unfortunately, we don't know anything about her past but we are going to do everything possible to give her a bright future. Please drop by the SPCA to meet this sweet dog.
