He likes other dogs, loves exploring, and takes his job as the neighborhood Squirrel Supervisor very seriously. Those little fuzzy acrobats are always up to something, and somebody has to keep an eye on them. You're welcome!<br/><br/>Despite a year in a shelter, Scottie has great house manners with no potty accidents reported since arriving in foster care. He does enjoy a good nap on the couch, though. Scottie will keep tabs on you and follow you around the house, helping with things that do not require a dog to do. Hes a curious boy and "highly invested in everything like, What's that smell? Who walked by? Is that a leaf... or a squirrel in disguise? These are important questions he needs answers for.<br/><br/>Happy to hang out with his dog buddies, go for walks, or lean into you for some quality affection, Scottie is an easy-going guy with a big heart, even if his ears occasionally pick up radio stations from three counties away. Scottie has spent time at the office with his foster dad and enjoys a car ride, too. <br/><br/>Ideal Home:<br/>Scottie would fit into many home situations. To meet a dog in person, please see our event calendar on our website for the date and time of the next adoption event. Arrangements can be made to meet a dog outside of adoption events after an application is submitted and approved.<br/><br/>Our adoption process includes an application and in-home meet-n-greet with the dog.<br/><br/>-Adult Dog Adoption Fee - $250<br/>-Senior Dog Adoption Fee - $125<br/>-Pup Adoption Fee - $250 plus $50 spay/neuter deposit refunded upon proof of surgery by 6 mos.
