Sweet Pea's Story
<p data-start="1884" data-end="1902">Hi, I'm Sweet Pea!</p><br/><br/><p data-start="1904" data-end="2215">I was born in the desert near a ranch, where my mom and dad were trying to survive while raising our family. There were seven of us puppies, but when two of my siblings disappeared, Desert Paws Sanctuary rushed to help. Even though they had no room, they rescued our entire family and brought us somewhere safe.</p><br/><br/><p data-start="2217" data-end="2454">Not long after our rescue, I became the first puppy to show signs of parvo. I tested positive and everyone was worried about me. Thankfully, I received the antibody treatment, and within just 24 hours I started feeling like myself again.</p><br/><br/><p data-start="2456" data-end="2718">Today, I'm a happy, playful little girl who loves being held. I snort when I get excited. My foster family says it's one of my cutest qualities!
