Sway's Story
Say hello to Sway!!!

Sway is a 4 month old German Shepherd puppy with the softest eyes and the bravest little heart. His story began in heartbreak when he was found abandoned in a park in Lancaster, emaciated and scared, with remnants of tape that had once been wrapped around his nose.

Thankfully, a kind Samaritan rushed him to the vet for emergency care and gave him the second chance he so deeply deserved. Since his rescue, Sway has already doubled in weight, a true testament to his resilience and the loving care he is receiving.

Now safe and warm in his foster home, Sway is learning what it truly means to be loved. Each day his personality shines a little brighter as he discovers that people can be kind and that he is safe. He is working on potty training and learning boundaries like any growing puppy. He loves being close to his people and is happiest when he can rest near your feet. True to his breed, he is also quite the talker and is not shy about sharing his thoughts in the sweetest way.

Sway is currently being fostered with two other dogs and is doing wonderfully with them. He would thrive in a home with another confident dog to help continue building his confidence and show him the ropes. He is expected to be a fairly large boy around 60 to 70 pounds full grown. After everything he has been through, Sway is ready for a forever home filled with patience, love, and the security he deserves.

His adoption fee covers his first set of vaccines, microchip, and his neuter surgery.
