Meet Suzie! <br/><br/>Suzie is a 6-year-old Catahoula Leopard mix weighing 63 pounds, and those gorgeous blue eyes are just the beginning of what makes this girl so special. <br/><br/>Suzie is an absolute doll with a sweet heart and a gentle spirit. She loves being near her people, loves her treats, and takes them ever so gently. She knows “sit” and is always happy to show off for a snack. <br/><br/> Walks? YES, please!<br/><br/>Sniffing is Suzie's specialty. She loves getting out and exploring the world at her own pace.<br/><br/> Car rides? Even better!<br/><br/>She absolutely loves riding along with her face out the window, taking in all the smells and scenery. <br/><br/> Suzie LOVES her stuffies and her bed. And this girl has a bedtime routine that is honestly hilarious—around 4:30 PM, she will put herself to sleep and be OUT for the night! She also loves sleeping on her back, because apparently comfort is a priority.<br/><br/>Suzie is also quite the conversationalist and loves to “talk” to you. Once she decides you're her person, she LOVES you with her whole heart.<br/><br/>Suzie does need a special home. She needs to be the only dog and is not good with cats. She can be reactive to new people and trucks, so she'll need someone patient who will give her time, consistency, and understanding while she learns that the world can be a safe place.<br/><br/>But once Suzie trusts you? You've got a loyal, affectionate, goofy, stuffy-loving, back-sleeping, window-riding best friend for life. <br/><br/>This beautiful girl deserves someone who will see past her big feelings and fall in love with the wonderful dog underneath.<br/><br/>Suzie is ready to find her person.
