She can be extremely fearful around people and needs a calm, patient home that will allow her to move at her own pace while building trust and confidence.<br/><br/>Susan originally came into rescue with a very large hernia that required surgical repair. She has been through a lot and deserves a home filled with compassion, understanding, and kindness. While she may take time to feel comfortable, giving her patience and reassurance can help her continue learning that people can be safe and loving.<br/><br/>Susan would do best in a quiet environment where she can feel secure and supported as she continues gaining confidence and adjusting to home life.<br/><br/>Excited to find your new family member at Wags and Whiskers?
