She's a three-year-old, 62-pound bulldog/terrier mix who can brighten even the darkest of days! <br/><br/>Right from the get go, you can't help but be won over by Sunshine's easy-going ways. She's a laid-back lover girl who likes to throw an occasional zoomie in the mix to keep things interesting. She has a smile that can light up the room and what makes her most happy is being with you! Can't think of a better way to spend your day than hanging with this attentive gal.<br/><br/>Sunshine enjoyed a nice straycation away from the kennel and was the BEST houseguest! She's already house-trained and did very well being left alone in the home not being crated. She's not a big fan of toys as of yet, and prefers lounging on the couch instead. She enjoys a variety of treats including jerky and watermelon which she takes gently. Her foster mom was able to take food away with no issue.<br/><br/>Sunshine also had the chance to go on an outing with some of our amazing volunteers and she had the best day! They took her on a two-mile walk and said she did very well on leash. She did well when they encountered passing bikes, people and pups! Imagine all of the places you can go together!<br/><br/>Sunshine rides well in the car and did great during their stop at the store. To finish off the day, they stopped for ice cream which Sunshine happily enjoyed! She will benefit from continued training, daily exercise, and a yard to enjoy in her new home. At the end of the day, Sunshine sleeps quietly through the night and would prefer to sleep near her family.<br/><br/>Based on our evaluation, we feel Sunshine would do best in a laid-back home with adults or families with kids ages eight and up.
