Sunny didn’t always know what it felt like to be loved.<br/><br/>At just 3 years old, this 70lb lab mix was left behind by the people he trusted most. Abandoned, painfully underweight, and fighting heartworm. He didn’t understand why. He just kept waiting… hoping someone would come back for him.<br/><br/>No one did.<br/><br/>But somehow, through all of that, Sunny never stopped loving.<br/><br/>He went through months of treatment, healing not just his body, but slowly learning that maybe…just maybe humans could be kind again. And now? He’s healthy, he’s safe, and his heart is somehow still wide open.<br/><br/>Sunny doesn’t hold grudges. He doesn’t carry anger.<br/>He just wants to be close to you.<br/><br/>He’s house trained. Crate trained. Wonderful with other dogs. But more than anything… he is deeply, beautifully devoted to his people. The kind of dog who follows you from room to room, not because he has to, but because being near you is his favorite place in the world.<br/><br/>After everything he’s been through, Sunny still looks at humans like they hung the moon.<br/><br/>And honestly?
