At 22 pounds, he may be a Lab mix, but one thing is certain-he's adorable, playful, and full of puppy charm.

Sunny is a high energy boy who loves to play with toys, loves running around, and especially loves playing with his two small foster brothers. Sunny enjoys going on car rides, stroller rides, and new adventures. Sunny loves meeting all dogs, big or small, and cats but he is shy at first but warms up quickly. He has a curious personality and playful spirit who always wants to play, learn, and/or chill after a fun day of puppy adventures. He loves to cuddle after a long day or when he's taking a nap with his human, so he also makes a great napping partner. His gentle nature and lovable face makes it easy to see why everyone falls for him

Sunny is doing great with house and crate training and will thrive with a family committed to continued training, socialization, and lots of love. Because he's still young, his adopter should be home during the day to help him grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog.

***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue***

The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process.

***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many!

***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.***

Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal.

**Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**
