🌻 Meet Sunflower – Bright, Happy, and Full of Life! 🌻<br/>Sunflower is a 6-month-old German Shepherd mix with a sunny personality and a confident, curious spirit. She came to us from a rural shelter in Tennessee with her sister, Delilah, and she’s been embracing her new adventures with enthusiasm.<br/>Sunflower is the more outgoing of the two — she loves people and is quick to trust, happily soaking up attention and affection. She’s playful, especially when toys are involved, and enjoys engaging with her people in fun, active ways.<br/>When it comes to other dogs, Sunflower does well — she just likes to take her time. She’s a “let me get to know you first” kind of girl who prefers a few sniffs and a little warm-up before jumping into play. Once she’s comfortable, she does great.<br/>Sunflower goes right into her kennel and does well in her crate overnight. She’s also learning to walk on a leash and is doing really well — occasionally pausing to take in new surroundings, but overall gaining confidence every day.<br/>She’s a smart pup who is very food motivated and already picking up on basic commands, making her a great candidate for continued training and growth.<br/>Sunflower is the kind of dog who will bond quickly with her people and bring a fun, loving energy into the home. To apply to adopt Sunflower, please send an email with the subject line “Sunflower”.
