Sunflower's Story

Sunflower is a year old Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler) about 40 lbs, with a bright, happy personality, and lots of energy to spare. She’s playful, outgoing, and always ready for her next adventure—whether that’s a long walk, a run, or playtime with her dog friends.

She’s very people-oriented and absolutely loves meeting new friends. Sunflower isn’t shy at all—she greets everyone with enthusiasm and is currently working on keeping all four paws on the ground instead of jumping up in excitement. She’s eager to please and highly food motivated, which makes her a great candidate for continued training and learning new skills.

Sunflower gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion to play with. She has been tested with cats, but not yet with kids. As a smart and active herding breed, she’ll do best with a family that can keep her both physically and mentally engaged.

If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic companion who will happily join you on all of life’s adventures, Sunflower just might be your perfect match. 🌻

Sunflower is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, heartworm neg. She's microchipped and is current on heartworm and flea prevention.

Adoption fee $300
Contact Elise 816.898.5646 call or text
Or email. Barkindogs1@aol.com
