She was found tied outside, likely after her previous family left the country. It was the beginning of summer, with temperatures reaching nearly 113F, and she had been left tied to a pole in the hot sun. Thankfully, she was rescue, and once she was safe, her wonderful personality began to shine. <br/><br/>Today, Summer is a happy, loving girl who enjoys being with her people, exploring her surroundings, running around, and, of course, accepting plenty of tasty treats!
