Sully's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Sully, the social butterfly who is ready to land in his forever home! Sully joined us as a transfer from the Cedar Rapids animal shelter, where he was one of several lucky pups transferred to help open up much-needed kennel space at their facility. Originally found as a stray, this handsome guy was never reclaimed. At around 2 years old, this Lab blend is the perfect mix of youthful enthusiasm and gentlemanly charm, making him a total joy to be around.
Sully has quickly become a staff and volunteer favorite thanks to his impeccable social skills. He has already shown to fit in with a variety of dogs and has already struck up a friendship with one of our resident seniors, Boone. Not only does he play well with others (usually with alike mannerisms and energy), he also boasts some impressive 'house manners' already; Sully is a pro at sitting politely when asked and is never too busy to flop over for a round of enthusiastic belly rubs. He’s the kind of dog who truly loves to connect with his people, offering a wagging tail and a happy grin to everyone he meets.
Ready to hit the ground running on his next big adventure, Sully is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy or a professional snuggler, this resilient boy is prepared to fill that vacancy in your heart. If you have room for a happy-go-lucky guy who brings a little sunshine wherever he goes, Sully is officially cleared for takeoff to his new life! Please complete an online adoption application for Sully if you're interested in meeting him!
