NFM is located in The Legends at 1601 Village West Pkwy, KCK 66111.<br/><br/>———————<br/><br/>SULLY is a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing 58 lbs.<br/><br/>Sully is just a good, easygoing boy with the sweetest heart.<br/><br/>He didn’t have the easiest start—he was found living in an overgrown backyard with his brother and their mama—but you’d never know it by how gentle and loving he is. <br/><br/>He’s pretty laid-back and loves the simple things, but don’t let that fool you—he does enjoy playing with other dogs and will happily join in for some fun. He walks great on a leash and does awesome in the car, making him an easy buddy for little outings and everyday adventures.<br/><br/>When things slow down, Sully is all about finding a comfy spot, leaning into you, and just enjoying the quiet together.<br/><br/>He gets along well with other dogs, would do best in a home without cats, and would thrive in a calmer home without small kiddos—somewhere he can fully relax and just be himself.<br/><br/>He’s the kind of dog who won’t ask for much… but will quietly become your whole world.<br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A PET<br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. Please visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FriendsofKCKAS/ for more info about weekend adoption hours, events and available pets. <br/><br/>We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>FOSTERING<br/>Can't commit to adoption but still want to help us save lives? Consider fostering by filling out our foster application at https://www.kckpd.org/Animal-Services/Foster-a-Pet. All supplies are provided.
