They reached out to us for vaccines, microchipping, grooming, and rehoming support.<br/><br/>Although CCAR isn’t in the financial position to cover all of these expenses right now, we said yes anyway. Because puppies like Sugar Plum deserve a chance — and we know our incredible community always steps up to protect the most vulnerable.<br/><br/>Sugar Plum is a little dream.<br/>She’s soft, gentle, snuggly, curious, and incredibly loving — the kind of puppy who leans into your chest and instantly feels like family.
