Meet Sugar 🍬 your new best friend 🧡<br/>Sugar came to us through no fault of her own after her beloved momma had to move into a nursing home. Now this sweet girl is searching for her own fur-ever home where she can once again be someone’s constant companion.<br/>Her foster momma tells us Sugar has been an absolute joy. She settled into foster life quickly and has shown just how devoted and loving she truly is. With her mellow, gentle personality, Sugar is happiest simply being by your side, a true Mommy’s girl who thrives on closeness and affection.<br/>Sugar is a social butterfly! Her tail starts wagging the moment she sees people (men and children included) or other dogs. While she previously lived as an only pet, she would do wonderfully with another dog in the home. She hasn’t lived with indoor cats and does like to bark and chase outdoor kitties, so a feline-free home may be best.<br/>This sweet girl is well-mannered and easygoing:<br/>🐾House-trained and goes outside to potty<br/>🐾Walks nicely on a leash<br/>🐾Enjoys car rides<br/>🐾Not bothered by vacuum cleaners (win!)<br/>🐾Not much of a barker<br/>🐾Comfortable being left alone for a few hours with no signs of separation anxiety<br/>Sugar isn’t into toys, but she loves cozy comfort especially a nesting or hooded dog bed when she’s not cuddled up with her people. At night, she’s happiest sleeping in the big bed and will snooze peacefully through the night. She can hop down on her own, though she’ll need a little help getting back up.<br/>If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to love and be loved, Sugar may be your perfect match. 💕<br/>Sugar is approximately 3-4 years old.
