He’s having the time of his life in foster—running, playing, learning, and soaking up all the love—but what he really wants is a home that’s his forever.<br/><br/>This handsome boy would LOVE an active home with space to run or a human who’s ready to take him on daily adventures. He’s super smart, treat-motivated, and picks up on new things quickly—basically a good boy in training who’s eager to impress! <br/><br/>Stripe does great with kids and is very interested in other dogs—he’d happily make some playful new friends! He’s still working on his manners (sometimes he gets a little excited and forgets his feet belong on the floor), but he’s learning more every day.<br/><br/>He’s potty trained, crate trained, and while new things can still be a little scary, he builds confidence quickly with some encouragement and reassurance.<br/><br/>Also… fair warning—this boy LOVES to chew! Toys and bones are his favorite, and as long as you keep your shoes picked up, everyone stays happy.<br/><br/>Stripe is sweet, fun, and full of potential—he just needs a family to keep showing him how great life can be.<br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
