He is affectionate, playful, and so curious! Stretch gets long with other dogs, and is busy working on his leash skills and household manners in our care. Whether is lounging in the sun, or playing with toys on a cozy couch, Stretch will be content as long as he's by your side. Final Victory Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

To learn more about or rescue or apply to adopt, please submit an application on our website finalvictoryrescue.com. (A PetFinder Inquiry does not replace our application or hold your place in line for adoption.) We are based in South Carolina and transport cats and dogs along the East Coast to Northeastern states on a weekly basis. Virtual meet-and-greets are provided prior to transport for our out-of-town adopters and by appointment for local families. Our amazing team of application processors will be available to answer any questions throughout your application approval process!

Final Victory Animal Rescue is located in West Columbia, SC. We give cats and dogs positive experiences after a traumatic time in the shelter, neglected homes, or living on the streets. Through our large sanctuary, expansive fostering community, incredible volunteers, and transport connections, we give pets final victories...
