Stormy

Stormy is a puppy who came from living outside in Kentucky in this cold weather. How she survived as a puppy we have no idea. She's now safe with SAIN Rescue in a warm foster home. She is about 5 months old and her paws are smaller. Although she is said to be a pointer mix, she will probably be smaller than the normal size of a pointer due to her rough start in life and poor nutrition. She was emaciated when we first got her but is steadily gaining weight. She was full of worms which contributed to her emaciation. Stormy is a puppy, so puppy training is important. She is smart and acclimated quickly to the foster home. Stormy gets along with all her foster brother and sisters. She is a lover of people and is enjoying the warmth of being inside. She appears housetrained now after a week of being in her foster home. She no longer wears a diaper while the foster mom is home. She still wears one for precaution when the foster mom is out but has kept it clean.
