Meet Stormi! Stormi is a 7 year old female Black Lab mix.<br/>Storm has had a rough go of it lately, but she's ready for the rain to clear and the sun to shine again! She was brought to us through no fault of her own. Her first owner got Storm as a puppy and had loved her for her whole life, but he sadly passed away earlier this year. A family member tried to take Storm in, but their dogs could not get used to having her around. It was a heartbreaking decision, but they decided to surrender Storm so she could find a home where she could have the freedom she deserves.<br/>Stormi is an absolute sweetheart, and warmed right up to us at the shelter. We immediately found out that she loves tennis balls, and a game of fetch was all it took to win her heart! She is quickly becoming a staff favorite, and we are hoping that her perfect home is right around the corner.<br/>Storm gets along with just about anybody, and even when the dogs in her previous home were unhappy with her Storm never reacted badly at them. She loves canine friends that she can get along and have playtime with. She also does good with cats, and she's been around kids as young as infants and has done great with them. From what we've seen, Storm seems like a great family dog that could be just what your household needs! We always recommend a meet and greet with any pets or kids in the home prior to adoption to make sure it's the right match.<br/>Stormi is up to date on her vaccinations and is housebroken.
