He is all skin and bones, older, and sensitive, and the stress of kennel life is simply too much. What Stevie needs most right now is a foster home where he can rest, decompress, and finally feel safe.<br/><br/>Stevie’s eyes are usually cloudy but don’t let that fool you—he can see, and he navigates his surroundings just fine. What he truly “sees” best are people. He greets everyone with a wagging tail, sometimes a big kiss, and a joyful eagerness for affection. He loves being close, leaning in for scratches, and soaking up attention—especially a good back rub.<br/><br/>On leash, Stevie can be enthusiastic, but settles and his playful, affectionate personality shines. He enjoys tug games, trades toys nicely for treats, and is relaxed around food.
